The skill is aimed at helping the player avoid the ball from the opponent. got it. These skills can also help prevent us from being alert or accidental. Skills skills are also a component of physical fitness and are considered an important factor in physical fitness and are considered a factor that can predict motor ability. Miximizeyour time by making sure you are there whenit is time to begin. That usually means that if your practise start a certain time, say 9 : 00 am, you should be dressed and ready to go then, not just arriving. Then, if you want to be a better athlete you must be a discipline about time. Lastly, we must have a different skills to be a sucessfull athlete .

Places I Must Visit Before I Die

     The place I had to visit before I would like to visit is Hollywood. I always wanted to see how films are amde, meet famous actor and actresses and just have a good time. I like to watch movies and I spend a great amount of my free watching new and also old films, especially the Hollywood films. I always want to know how the director managed to made such wonderful and awesome films. After that I really want to see a beautiful nature at Hollywood to . I always saw in films at Hollywood have many beautiful mountine also have waterfall. I hope oneday I'll be there with my family to enjoy the beauty of Hollywood and have a great time together.

     The place I had to visit before I died was Mekkah because I wanted to do as much worship as possible there. Besides, I hope that God can be forgiven of sin and I hope God brings my prayers. next, I can be at peace if I look at the temple. Interesting Characters In My Class

      My class is full of wonderful characters that make all of us cheerful to study. There are twenty - nine students in my and my class and only seven of them are boys taking course  a Diploma In Business Management . Describing the interesting characters in my class I found interesting is Isha  . Isha is a good and wise person. What I impressed with her about she was ability to do whatever the lecturer gave him. Besides, he is also fluent english and very fluent when she speak english. She was always helpful to me and my friends when we didn't understand a subject. My Campus Life

     On campus life is a lot different than at home. I had just been sitting in campus in college Poly-Tech Mara Kuantan but it was only 1 week since my home was near with campus, so I wanted to tell you about the campus life for 1 week. On campus I have many good friends and even my roomate. However, everhy night my friends and I would go out to eat, it was a bit difficult to live in the campus because of our self-reliance and a little tired because our  rooms at level 3 . Then, I enjoy sitting on campus because of the atmosphere on campus but at my family's choice and I also have to stay at home. In the end, I hope to experiance living on campus again, even though it won't happen on my own.

Many of the things that colleges do as long as we are there among them is a briefing on the registration program, a briefing on completing a personal form, a cooperative briefing , briefing on information technology departments, library briefings, SPRS briefings, financial briefings and directors' gatherings with the students of Universe 1 ie I and my friends. The Worst Of My Life

       The worst experiance of my childhood was when I was running late at night in front of my cousin's house at night, without fear we were playing hard , while running I sunddenly fell and fainted on the road . Afew minutes later, I felt someone pick me up and bring me home, I was unconscious for almost 10 minutes and then woke up and saw many middle cousins around me and my parents worried. After that, my dad reminded me not to play outside home at night because of my health and safety concerns. Lastly, I hope the incident will never be a same again because I afraid about my healty too and I dont want my parents worried too . These are the worst memories of my childhood but not too much to catch up with and I hope you enjoy this reading.

         My worst experience during elementary school was every Monday when my gatherings always fainted. When I woke up from the loss I saw many teachers around me and my teacher phoned my mom and my mom came and told me to go home. There was one day when my gathering fainted near the pile of water and my wet clothes were a memorable part. I hope that doesn't happen again to me.

      The event that I will never forget was when my house was on fire on 31 Nowember 2013. The house i just stay at least nine month i and my family stay in the house. The cause of the house fire is unknown to me with my family. The event that can has caused me and my family to lose almost RM50 000, because the house my father who built it. The events  has caused me and my family to stay with my uncle for almost a month. The event can help me that life was very challenging because I could see my family getting up and giving us a family living in luxury
